Classic Acqua trades its own sibling’s green freshness for something more oceanic, sea water, grapefruit, and pink pepper opening the composition on an aquatic note. Lavender, clary sage, and orange blossom carry the entire middle, herbal and floral, keeping the early brightness from ever feeling one dimensional or too flat. Guaiac wood and cedar settle the entire base into a grounded, warm finish that suits daily wear especially well throughout the year. This Eau De Parfum reads effortless rather than demanding, quite easy to wear through warm summer weather without ever giving it much thought at all. Banana Republic built this the coolest and most watery of the three considered Classic siblings, and it wears that way on warmer days.
