Hugo Boss built Bottled Absolu Intense Cologne around darkness rather than freshness, Incense and Leather setting an immediately dense, resinous tone. Myrrh and Patchouli thread that darkness through the entire heart, rich and deeply earthy as the whole composition continues to develop further. Cedarwood and Davana ground the entire finish in a dense, woody depth that gives this particular Parfum real staying power through an entire long, quiet, formal evening.
