Three notes, and only three, make up Pour Elle Perfume entirely, and Azzaro clearly wanted something intimate rather than complicated for this particular understated release. Lemon alone carries the top, bright and immediately clean, the kind of opening that reads more like fresh linen than typical perfume counters. Rose shapes the middle, soft and romantic, extending that clarity considerably rather than complicating it with unnecessary additional florals. Australian sandalwood closes the base, warm and grounded, the exact moment right before a quiet evening actually settles in properly. This floral Eau de Parfum suits daytime wear and understated elegance especially well, minimal rather than showy about its own considerable charm. Azzaro committed fully to simplicity here, rather than diluting the idea with unnecessary competing notes.
